Scholarship Fund Application - Kohl's Professional Camps

Kohl's Kicking Camps does have a limited number of scholarships available for those absolutely in need of financial assistance for attending camp. These scholarship spots have been gifted by private donors to help those who absolutely cannot afford the price of attendance. A single camp scholarship covers the cost of attendance to a single event.

**COMMUNITY SERVICE REQUIREMENT**
Once an application is approved and deemed legitimate, the athlete mush complete 5 hours of community service prior to the event in order to obtain the scholarship. Following the community service, we need an email from your supervisor sent to heidi@kohlskicking.com explaining what you accomplished. Please have your supervisor include their phone number if Kohl's needs to follow up. It is our goal for our camper's to show their appreciation to our donor(s). We want to repay his desire to help others by having our campers improve their local communities and experience the feeling of volunteering to a positive cause.
