PLEASE READ/REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION PRIOR TO REGISTERING
Please fill out all required questions and select those classes for which you would like to register yourself or your child.
If you/your family were not registered for/participated in Fall 2014 classes at Morgantown Dance Studio, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE Annual Registration Fee (one per family) of $20 that is due when you enroll in classes at Morgantown Dance Studio. This registration fee may be paid by cash or check or credit card at the studio, or you may be invoiced through PayPal.
The Spring 2015 Term started on Monday, January 5, 2015 and runs for 18 weeks with the last day of the term being Saturday, May 16, 2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
There will be NO classes during Tech Week (April 6th-11th) for our production of Snow White.
Classes will resume on a regular schedule on Monday, April 13th.

For Foundations of Ballet and Foundations of Tap classes, please use the following birthday cutoffs:
Foundations of Ballet I and Foundations of Tap I - Students should be 3 years old ON or BEFORE September 1, 2014
Foundations of Ballet II and Foundations of Tap II - Students should be 5 years old ON or BEFORE September 1, 2014
ALL other Foundations classes:
Students should be age 5 on or BEFORE Sept. 1, 2014.
Notes for Irish Classes:
Intermediate Irish - this class is for ages 12+ or by teacher's recommendation.
Hardshoe - For ages 12+ or teacher's recommendation.
Open Lyrical/Contemporary Movement are classes for intermediate/advanced dancers
Beginner's Ballet is for dancers (7-11 years) who have little to no dance background
Teen and Beginner's Ballet is for dancers (12+) and want to focus on their technique and gain more confidence in their abilities before moving into higher level ballet classes.
* Beginner Kids' Sampler will offer students (ages 7-11), who are new to dance or have little experience, the opportunity to explore three different dance genres as they get a taste of Jazz, HipHop, and Modern.
**Adult 6 Week Rotation is a series of the following 6 week sessions:
Session 2 (Feb. 19th - Mar. 26th) - Adult Musical Theatre
Session 3 (Apr. 2nd - May 14th) - Adult Tap
NOTE: You may register for any or all of the three sessions
The cost of tuition is based on $13 per hour of instruction. The Spring term lasts for 18 weeks. Students cannot register for individual classes, but can attend some classes that are not FULL as a drop-in student at the rate of $15 per hour.
College/University students will receive a 10% class discount, and students/families signing up for multiple classes may receive discounts.
Please choose a payment option that best fits your needs. An account that is paid in full by the end of the 2nd week of classes will receive a discount. Tuition can be divided into payments: two (January & March), three (January, March & May), four (January, February, March & April) or five (January - May). A payment is due no later than the 15th of each month. You may choose to pay by cash, check, or credit at the Studio, or you may choose to receive a PayPal invoice.
In the event that a dancer needs to miss a class, he/she may make up that class during the Spring term. Makeup classes do not need to be in the same dance genre as the class that was missed, but they must be age/level appropriate.
Please note that you will NOT receive a bill or invoice upon completing online registration. Financial sheets are printed and calculated in the studio. You may inquire about your balance by sending an email to
