Support needs questionnaire
Military vs Cancer is a small but ambitious charity, registered in 2022 we have provided financial grants to serving military personnel and veterans who have a cancer diagnosis. The grants have been used to fund memory making holidays, pay for short notice weddings, hospital accommodation during treatment, home adaptations and transport, amongst others. 

We are an extremely small team consisting of 2 paid staff members, trustees, patrons and a committee of 12 very dedicated volunteers. We are funded entirely by fundraising events, corporate sponsorship at our prestigious events, sales of merchandise and our very generous supporters.

Our journey so far has created very special and long lasting relationships with like minded caring and passionate people. We want to continue this journey to provide support where we can to those who need it most. We have learned along the way that it isn’t necessarily just the financial support that is needed and we want to understand how we can better serve the community we are trying to help. It is important that Military vs Cancer can utilise the funding we all work so hard to provide in the areas that matter most. 

So we are asking for some of your precious time; completing the following questionnaire will allow us to look at what we can do differently and give us direction to ensure we are meeting the needs of our benefactors adequately and appropriately.

If you are, or know of, a veteran or any serving military personnel that has dealt with or dealing with the effects of cancer then please take time to answer the following short questionnaire. Your feedback will be very much appreciated. The following questions are specifically designed to enable us to look at the support needs of military personnel, veterans and their immediate family in relation to receiving a cancer diagnosis and how we might be able to better tailor our support.
