multi-phase session April 9th - April 30th (4 weeks) & June 4th - July 9th (6 weeks) w/ no live classes for May (four free recordings provided during live class break for students in whole session)

Drop ins also possible with pre-registration. Online students need to sign up before 5pm day of class. Please only sign up for current week's class.

In-person space is limited and folks are asked to stay home if feeling unwell. Masks are currently optional.

Folks of all shapes, colors, orientations, and levels of experience are welcome!* This gentle class supports our resilience, steadiness, and connection as we navigate these times of immense change and challenges. Kim facilitates a playful and mindful exploration of movement and breath. Together we’ll lengthen, balance, strengthen, rest, and nourish our nervous systems.

*be in touch if you have questions about whether this class is a good fit for you. two positions i like to be sure folks are relatively comfortable with are sitting on a cushion on the floor and “table pose” (hands and knees on the floor, on a folded blanket for cushioning). if these positions are not accessible to you, another class like chair yoga or individual instruction may be more appropriate.

I would like to donate the following amount towards the scholarship fund so that students struggling financially may receive the benefits of class and Kim can receive a sustainable livlihood. (Please add this donation amount to your class fee at payment).
COVID Precautions for in person students

I understand I am welcome to mask at anytime for any reason. I confirm that if I am feeling unwell or have been around someone who is ill, I will stay home and request to join via zoom for the evening.

By registering for class, I am agreeing to take good care of my self and participate at my own risk. I release and hold harmless the instructor, Kim Calhoun, from any claims, demands, suits, costs and charges in connection with my participation in her classes.

Class Refund Policy
I’m sorry I’m not able to give refunds or credits for missed classes (in-person or online). If you are dropping in, please just register and pay for this week’s class. Remember, students signing up for a whole session receive weekly class recordings to enjoy if they miss class (or wish to practice again).

As part of my yoga practice, I try to embody the yogic principle of ahimsa (non-harming) and satya (truth-telling) which includes speaking out against genocide. I'm often wearing a "Let Gaza Live" button as I move about the community and teach. I’m sharing here in case that influences your decision to register for class. May there be safety, dignity, care, and freedom for every body.  *

ya'll it's so easy to get distracted...I suggest that right after you submit this form, you take care of payment so I can reserve and confirm your spot. here is the link to my venmo (preferred) and paypal--maybe go ahead and open the window you need so it will be ready and waiting :-) if you are joining via zoom, i will email you the class link wednesday morning.
