Welcome to The Lounge
A sophisticated space designed for relaxation and socializing with friends or colleagues. Ideal for a unique and casual corporate event, team building activities, gatherings, or reunions, and playdates. The Lounge also serves as a perfect backdrop for groups of friends or families looking to capture memorable moments in a photoshoot or hangout. Whether you're looking for a luxurious outdoor experience, an elegant indoor affair, or something in between, we have the expertise and resources to make it happen. The space is furnished with plush pillows, cozy rugs, small tables, and soft blankets to ensure maximum comfort. Guests can enjoy a variety of interactive games, cards, and board games for entertainment. We would love to create and provide a fun and engaging atmosphere for your event.  

The Lounge are 2 hours but may be extended for an additional fee ($100/hour, $50 per half hour)

What more?
Set up comes with the following: matt, rug, personal tables, picnic-style pillow seating, cutlery, tableware, linen napkins, portable Bluetooth speaker, blankets and a trash bin. We also have a box of miscellaneous available for use, that includes a First aid kit, saran wrap, foil, lighter, plastic utensils, paper napkins, hand sanitizers, extra trash bags, wet wipes etc. 

There will be table games like puzzles, board games, and cards. Open your competitive side with our outdoor sport activities like football and soccer. We will have lawn games as in, corn hole, connect 4, and tumbling tower blocks. Enjoy our portable speakers with microphone for your karaoke contest.

The Lounge do not include food or drinks. 
You may BYOF & BYOD, However, you are responsible for picking up all food, drinks and trash before pick up. Please pile all the trash bags together. You may not bring alcohol to a public location. Violation to rules will incur in $100+ fine per person. We do provide a trash can and wet wipes for easier clean up. Boiled seafood is not allowed.

WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS

Inclement weather includes but not limited to; chance of rain 20% or more the day of event, moderate to heavy rain, high winds with gusts exceeding 21 MPH, lightning, hail, snow, flooding, tornado watch, severe thunderstorm watch, city wide power outages due to weather, etc. It is important that you are on time for your event. We highly recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. After 35 minutes of tardiness, your event may be canceled and you will not have the ability to reschedule as well as forfeit payment. Please plan your day accordingly and also plan for possibility of traffic. 

Same day cancellations are not allowed. Client may reschedule up until 48 hours before event. Balance must be paid in full in order to reschedule. In the event of a reschedule, client will have 60 days to select a new date (also within 60 days). Payments are non-refundable unless event is cancelled by APD.

Booking policy is 50% retainer, 50% due one week before your event.

Most Asked Questions & Answers

Are pets allowed? 

No, unfortunately no pets are allowed. Most public or venue locations will not allow pets. 

For Private locations you are responsible to check if pets are allowed. 

What happens if we accidently do some damage?

We understand there will be rips and tears, however if it is greater than normal damage there will be a fee. We inspected and cleaned after every setup and though unlikely, should any evidence of damage be found after your visit, a fee of up to $100+ will be charged. This includes any minimal or maximum damage to the interior, exterior, or to the decorations and missing items (ex: pillows, speakers, coolers, games, etc)

When should we arrive for our reservations?

PLEASE COME 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME. If your party shows up late for your reservations, unfortunately we can not extend the length of your rental time. If you would like to add more time after you have already booked, please contact us via email/call, (no text) to see the available dates.

Adding additional time

30 min = $50 per 30 min

1 hour = $100 per hour

Are there any cleaning fees?

All packages Include full service of set up and clean up. Please throw all your perishable items away, we will provide a trash bag. 

Can you bring your own food or drinks?

BYOF & BYOD (NO ALCOHOL SHOULD BE PRESENTED ON PUBLIC GROUNDS) if you or your group brings alcohol you will be charged a $100 fine per person. We will have a cooler available for you. You may bring ice and your drink preference.

Are there age requirements for the popups?

Reservations may be reserved for customers older than 21+. However Any age can attend.


Are you open year round?

Yes, however we only operate outdoors April - September. 

At any time of the year we can install decorations, setups, picnics indoors.
