The Discovery Day will take place on August 14th, 2021 at 11am until 2pm at L&L Events Parking Lot at 5105 Nine Mile Rd.

The Discovery Day is a free community event for everyone. This event is special because it is crafted for the youth of our Minds in Motion program. As VOWS Foundation, we are inspiring our communities to live powerfully. Come and be part of something BIG!!!

Our event is dedicated to Minds in Motion so they may have the opportunity to learn in a fun way. The object of this career day is for each of our Black Owned Business Vendors to type up three small steps on how you became the inspiring Black Owned Business that you are today. We are working together to emphasize the importance of critical thinking skills, financial literacy and reading in our community. We are steadily working to inspire our black and brown communities to live a life of power through trauma release methods by educating and raising awareness through community outreach and volunteerism.

We cannot do it alone! We need our community to rally around us once a year to help keep that work going.

If you would like to be a vendor please fill out the form in its entirety by August 6th, 2021.

Vendor Requirements:
•Submit three steps you took to build your business. ( i.e, personal, professional or social)

• Businesses must promote healthy living for families. No business shall be considered that promotes or advocates for drug, alcohol, or tobacco use in minors.

• There is NO TABLE SHARING WHATSOEVER.

• Vendors may arrive as early as 11AM and must be packed up by 2:30PM.

Vendor Fees:
FREE

Vendors will be required to bring their own table, chairs and tent.
