MLFD Sign Request
Use this form to request a message to be displayed on the Medford Lakes Fire Department Sign.  We can display text and simple graphics in a single color with 3 lines of 12 characters per page, with a maximum of 2 pages per request.  Please limit your message time to one week to allow for other organizations to have sufficient time to display their messages.  

Only messages that are informational in nature and do not contain political or biased content will be considered.  

We are 100% volunteer and this service is being provided as a courtesy to our community in addition to our primary function as a Fire Department; therefore, we ask that you please be patient and polite, and do not expect an immediate response.
