We know how important certain songs are to you on your special day, so if there is a specific version of any particular song that you have in mind, please supply the version you would like in a YouTube link or other media format so we have that special version ready to play for you.

If you are having a PAST - PRESENT - FUTURE - GUEST OF HONOR Candle Lighting, you can just use Candles 1-4.

Unless we are announcing the candle lighting ceremony, we do not require copies of your poems.  Our DJ will come in on the chorus of the song.

Please submit this form no later than 2 weeks prior to your event.  Online access to your form will no longer be available 1 week prior to your event.  If you need to make changes or updates after you've submitted your agenda, please contact us by email or phone and we can make any updates or changes that you need and email a copy to you for review.   If you have any questions, please contact us at 561.790.5555 or email us at party@kennymondo.com.  We're here to help until 7:00 nightly.
