Stallholder Application Form
Thank you for expressing an interest in a stall at Curated Aberdeen Market located within the Bon Accord. Please complete and return this form, selecting the dates you wish to book. Please send any relevant insurance documents to Curated@charliehouse.org.uk. Unfortunately, your booking application will not be considered without these. 

We aim to respond within 14 days of receiving your booking form to confirm if you have been successful or unsuccessful in your application. Please note that we only accept 3 stallholders from each business type per week, these are allocated on a first come first served basis. If this occurs, you will be added to the waiting list, where should we receive a cancellation, we will then be in touch with you to confirm your booking.

We have 2 sizes of stall spaces available within Curated for you to choose from:

Standard four day space £140 including standard VAT
Standard Weekend space (3m x 2m) - £120 including standard VAT
Standard two day space- (3m x 2m) - £90 including standard VAT
Standard daily space (3m x2m) - £66 including standard VAT
10% off for regulars or blocks of 3 months or more or with referral

Premium four day space (3m x 2m) - £190 including standard VAT
Premium Weekend space (5m x 2m) - £180 including standard VAT
Premium two day space (5m x 2m) - £ 165 including standard VAT
Premium daily space (5m x 2m) - £105 including standard VAT
10% off for regulars or blocks of 3 months or more or with referral

The Market Operates every weekend from Friday - Sunday. (Thursday from May onwards)
Opening times are;
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday - 10am to 5pm.
Sunday - 11am to 5pm.

You may leave your items set up for the duration of the weekend, the market is locked securely each night by our Retail Manager Fraser and his team.

The stallholder fee is for rental of the space only and includes electricity, free wi-fi and discounted parking within the Bon Accord car parks. You must supply your own table(s), chair(s) and anything necessary you feel to make your stall look inviting and professional.

Set up times are available prior to set up, where cages and a lift are available to transport your items to the market. Further information will be sent to all stallholders the week before your booking regarding access to our designated loading bay.
