Will you be audio and/or video recording inside or outside your home while showings take place? New regulations have been put in place in TN stating a seller MUST disclose that he or she is recording the interior or exterior of the home in any way during showings. Is there a termite bond in place? If so, please provide contract and contact information.
Does the house have a security system? Is it monitored? Are you planning to take it with you or cancel it? Please find out from the monitoring company the length and terms, transferability of the contract and if there is a cancellation fee.
What kind of water heater? Gas? Electric? Tankless on demand? How old is the water heater?
