Our trainers are at the heart of MyBnk and we know you are always generating fantastic ideas to improve what we do. Every year we develop our programmes and we would love to hear from you. If you have found a new way to feedback on a topic, created a new worksheet, found an easier way to communicate a complicated message or thought of an amazing energiser; your ideas would be greatly appreciated. It might be as small as a spelling mistake you’ve spotted on a PowerPoint or as big as a brand new programme you think MyBnk should deliver, every idea is welcome.

We’re also introducing the Development Idea of the Year Award which will be presented for innovative and effective ideas that strengthen the experiences we offer.
