Exhibit space fees:
$50 inside or outside space with 1 8-foot table and 2 chairs
$25 outside space, 10 x 10 foot space with no table or chairs
Because space is limited, Exhibitors will be added according to the date of receipt of this form and the receipt of the signed Terms & Conditions agreement and payment by check.
Checks will be returned to any Exhibitor who does not get a table. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
