 不是必須。 Not a must.

(8) 健康狀況 HEALTH STATUS :
無心臟病、哮喘，沒有重大手術記錄，以及沒有任何身體缺陷。有足夠體力應付連續三小時的訓練和影視製作，及有足夠的體格適應長途旅行。The applicant must be in good health - with no heart disease, asthma, no major surgery records and any physical defects. The applicant must be fit enough to cope with more than 3 consecutive hours of training and up to 3 hours of filming and production, enough to adapt to long distance travel and harsh climate.

(9 ) 犯罪記錄CRIMINAL RECORD:
無任何被定罪的記錄Must have no record of any convictions.

(10) 中文能力 CHINESE ABILITY :
有基本中文表達和理解能力Applicant should have the basic skills in communicating in Chinese.

(11) 合法證件IDENTIFICATION :
須具備兩個有效護照證件。如護照、駕照、學生證、工作證等。如有必要，申請人須出示其他有關證件 All applicants must bring two valid photo identification documents such as a valid passport, a driver’s license, a student ID card, etc. Additional documents should be available upon request.

(12) 合同 CONTARCT:
目前沒有與任何經紀公司、製作公司、傳媒公司簽訂任何合同.）Currently, there is no contract signed with any brokerage company, production company, or media company.


有 關費用 EXPENSES AND FEES :
1, $290， 提前报名费截止日期 (2023年5月4日 - 2023年7月31日)。申請人递交资料資格被核實後，將獲得面试邮件并通知交纳費用。 EARLY BIRD SPECIAL fee: $290  ( May 4 2023 - July 31st, 2023), eligibility verification needed to be finished before July 31st, payment due on July 31st. 2023.
3, 申請人獲得面试通知後費用不退還，并将参加竞选内容培训。 All contestants will receive 3 hours intensive training. Fee is non refundable upon selection on Interview Day.  

參加辦法 ENTRY PROCEDURE:
參選者必須填妥參加此表格,並發送以下照片到 dasianmedia@gmail.com :參選者三張的彩色近照：半身、全身、側身照各一張。
Each Registration fill this form, and must send the following photos to dsianmedia@gmail.com: 3 （three ) recent postcard size color photos of the applicant, one head shot, one face-side shot, one full length shot and swimsuit shot, make sure your email includes applicant’s full name。

培训接受实时视频，请事先与dasianmedia@gmail.com 报备。  比赛内容有晚礼服，面试，舞台表现，现场问答，运动装等。Competition is based on Evening Gown, Interview, On-Stage Question and Sportswear. (jogging, aerobic wear, tennis, golf, etc.)

於特別情況下，此選美會有權放棄或放寬任何參賽資格
Under special circumstances, MCM is entitled to waive or relax any qualifications.
