PLEASE READ:
REMEMBER in addition to completing this form, you will need to pay your summer school fees to our financial secretary: Sonya Sotolongo. Summer school course taught by D'Evelyn staff cost $150 dollars per semester course and $225 for a year-long course. You will then take your receipt of payment to the summer school teacher and they will give you the materials and/or information necessary for taking the summer school course.

*Junior High students needing English or Social Studies credits will need to contact Shelby Shrigley at 303-238-1460, by June 3rd, to also complete her register paperwork. Those course costs are $190 per semester. See Mr. Northway for an informational flyer or if you have additional questions.
