The Hudson Valley RBERN is pleased to invite Hudson Valley bilingual educators to submit a proposal for a  workshop to highlight the educational expertise happening in our schools.

Conference Date: Tuesday, November 5, 2019
Location: Crestview Conference Center, West Nyack, NY (Rockland County)
Proposal Submission Deadline: September 20, 2019

I. CONFERENCE THEME
Sustaining Multilingualism in the Hudson Valley

II. INFORMATION & DETAILS
- Proposals must be related to bilingual education and/or related to the students in bilingual
  programs
- Workshops are 1 hour in length
- You may be asked to repeat your workshop presentation in additional breakout sessions
- Workshop proposals must be submitted via this link
- Workshop session format options: oral presentation with visual supports, panel presentation, or hands-on presentation
- You may present alone, with a partner, or with a panel
- Handouts can be copied by the HV RBERN, if submitted no later than October 16, 2019

III. SUBMISSION DEADLINE
- All proposals must be submitted online through this form no later than August 30, 2019

IV. NOTIFICATION
- Proposals will be reviewed through a blind rating process by the HV RBERN staff
- Notifications of acceptance of proposals will be made by  September 20, 2019
