Learn important self-defense skills while also supporting the Massachusetts Dietitians Education Foundation (MDEF) scholarship fund on April 27 at 10am!
This 1 hour and 15 minute self-defense class will provide essential defense skills for adults and teens of all levels. It will be held indoors at Simmons University in the School of Management, 5th floor, in an ADA accessible space. Metered street parking is available as well as an onsite garage, which will be discounted for attendees (can put Simmons University Garage in Google maps and the class will be in the closest building to the garage). Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers. Water and snacks will be provided. We will reach out with any important updates by email. For more information about MDEF, click here.

The cost is $25 (Venmo/PayPal/cash) when you register ahead of time, $30 at the event, and $5 for students. If you would like to add an extra donation to MDEF, it would be much appreciated!  Anyone who attends will also be entered into a raffle for a $25 TJ Maxx/HomeGoods/Marshalls gift card.
