Hillsfest Benefit 2017 Stalls Application
This form allows you to apply for a trading place at our HillsFest benefit event.
The event takes place on Sunday 28 May 2017 at Sheffield's city hall ballroom.
Deadline for applications is Midnight Sunday April 30.


The city hall ballroom is a beautiful venue and will lend itself to creating a wonderful atmosphere for our fundraiser. Live music will be provided throughout the day (see the poster below) and there will be a children's area. We will not be charging an entry fee for visitors to the event.

We are looking for a mix of arts and craft stalls plus some food stalls limited to tea/coffee, cakes, breads, pastries and home made sweets/savouries. No cold drinks/pop and no hot food stalls.

Trading times for the day will be 1-4pm

Pitch price.
£25 per 6x2ft pitch
Tables and chairs will be provided. Tables are 6x2ft.

Please note that applying for a stall does not guarantee success as there are limited places available.
The Hillsfest Fundraising team will inform all successful applicants by Friday 5 May. We will send an invoice & further details of the event then.
