Registration:  All players are required to register to be eligible to play (NO EXCEPTIONS. All players need to complete and sign all applicable registration and waiver forms. All completed forms only apply to the Crusaders Football Season participation and Crusaders membership.

The New York Crusaders have a yearly membership fee of $85 (non-refundable) for one calendar year. There is no cost to play football and membership is not required, however membership is strongly encouraged as members can access additional organization benefits (inquire with management for additional membership benefits). Personal Conduct:  Everyone associated with the organization is expected to show respect and courtesy at all times. Any player or coach disrespecting anyone in our organization can be dismissed from the team immediately. The Crusaders administration reserves the right to remove any player or coach for discipline issues, without appeal. You must separately read and acknowledge the Code of Conduct (online) to be a member of the team.

The “3 Strike” Rule: All players will have three (3) opportunities to correct any discipline issues after consultation with Crusaders coaching and administration. On the third infraction, players may be removed from the team.

Attendance/Punctuality:  All players are required to arrive on time for games and/or practices. Any lateness to games or practices may be penalized. The Crusaders staff retains the right to exclude players from practice or games/scrimmages, or other reasonable penalty deemed appropriate. If any player contacts staff prior to appointed times to report, they may be excused accordingly.  The staff’s phone numbers will be provided.

Practice Attire:  In practices/games, all players are required to wear Crusaders gear. Practice & game jerseys will be given to ALL registered members and are theirs to keep. We will not allow any player to wear any other attire while engaged in Crusaders events. All helmets are to be painted matte black and face-masks are red. The coaching staff in accordance with the organization’s executive staff, reserves the right to not let the player practice or play for attire infractions.

Participation:  No one will be allowed to attend practices and just hang around without participating. All friends and family visiting games or practices, may remain in the stands, away from players and staff. No one is allowed to join our coaches in managing any aspect of games or practice, unless the Crusaders administration approves in advance. Injured players who wish to come to practice/games, are allowed to assist as defined by Crusaders coaches or administration, but only to the extent that they are asked to do so by the staff.

Team Communications: Official communications will be done via email, organization text service, and by use of the Crusaders mobile phone application. Facebook/Instagram will only be used for public information but all internal / private Crusader information will be shared exclusively through email, organization text service, and the mobile phone application. Players are responsible for having a valid email address and mobile phone number.
