NHS Tutor Request
If you'd like the services of an NHS tutor, then complete this form.  Mr. Chuba will work to match you with an NHS member who has indicated a willingness to tutor your requested subject area.  Once he finds a prospective tutor, he will let you know and provide the tutor with your email address.  The tutor will reach out to you via email to set up an initial meeting and work out a meeting schedule with you.  

Keep in mind that NHS tutors are students who have their own classwork and job obligations.  They are volunteers and should not be expected to work like a paid tutor or be a permanent tutor in all of your subjects.  Should you attempt this, then I will cancel the tutor.  If you need long-term help, then you need to contact the Counseling Office for a list of their professional tutors.
