NATURE AND PURPOSE OF THE SURVEY
The survey on library services is administered every school year to Grades 4 to 12 students. The survey hopes to gather updated information on the students’ perception/observation of library services in general. Students’ responses will help identify specific areas that need immediate attention for improvement.
