TBS Walking and Biking Permission Form, 2023-2024
Please complete this form and submit by Friday, August 25, 2023 to be eligible to walk or ride home on the first day of school. (One form must be completed for each child.)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM: Students are not allowed to walk to PGS for after school pick up. Parents must pick up at TBS.

Bikes must be kept in the bike rack by the main door. All bikes must have a lock. All students must wear bike helmets. The school is not responsible for any damage or loss to bikes on school property.

Parent/Guardian takes responsibility for their child(ren) walking and/or bike riding to and from school. (Please note that Thompson Road is a narrow and winding road, without sidewalks).
