Application to the American Geriatrics Society’s Tech Innovation Pavilion (at the AGS Annual Scientific Meeting)
If you have a technology-enabled product or service that eases the lives of Older Adults, Caregivers and/or Clinicians -- we want to hear from you!  By 2030, one in five adults in the U.S. will be over the age of 65.  Half of older adults have three or more chronic diseases. The demand for geriatric care is accelerating.

Please fill out this form to apply to showcase your software, device, or service to over 2,500 geriatric physicians and other eldercare professionals from a variety of clinical and academic settings.  Details about the specific benefits of participating in the  2016 AGS Tech Pavilion are posted here www.americangeriatrics.org/annual_meeting/2016_annual_meeting and additional activities are being planned based on the interests of selected applicants.

Applications are due February 8.  Selected companies will be notified by March.
