AFDC Diversity & Inclusion Committee Application
This application is for one of the two open spots on AFDC's newly created diversity and inclusion committee. This committee of community leaders is focused on creating more equitable opportunities so ultimate is more accessible to people of all socioeconomic and racial backgrounds.

The time commitment for a committee member will be as needed, but we expect to meet in person once every 1-2 months.

We are looking for people dedicated to helping make ultimate more diverse and accessible for people of all backgrounds. People of all races, backgrounds, and ultimate experience / skill sets are encouraged to apply.

Please limit each of your responses to 250 words or less.

Applications are due on April 20th at 11:59pm. Candidates will be notified of their decision by April 30th.
