Join us for an interactive virtual training with and for teens and young adults who want to build the skills to navigate conflict with courage, clarity, and compassion. This session will introduce the core principles of nonviolence—emphasizing respect, empathy, and justice—while giving participants practical tools from Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to express their needs, listen deeply, and transform potential clashes into opportunities for understanding that can be applied to all relationships. Through engaging discussion and real-life scenarios, participants will practice strategies that strengthen relationships, reduce harm, and be empowered to be peacemakers in schools, communities, and beyond. Each participant will receive a Certificate of Participation to recognize their commitment and efforts in building nonviolence skills.
