Your TISD Access Badge allows you access your campus' Access Controlled doors, and Xerox MFP Copiers that are located throughout the district.  It is NOT a valid TISD ID, but one can be printed for you upon request.   Your Access Badge will be activated once the information on this form is submitted and has been manually verified.  PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST TWO DAYS FOR PROCESSING.
