2024 Māori Touch Nationals - Team Entry EOI 
Tēnā koutou katoa! Please complete all fields below to register your team entry EOI for the 2024 Māori Touch Nationals. Note: Each team registration must be filled out separately.  

Event Dates: Sat 30 November & Sun 1 December at Rotorua International Stadium. 

Team Entry EOI's Close: Friday 28 June, 2024

Team Entry Costs: 
  • $400.00 (incl. GST) per youth team (U17 Girls, U17 Boys, U21 Mixed)
  • $600.00 (incl. GST) per senior team (Opens & Masters grades) 
  • Payment Due to Māori Touch NZ: Thursday 31 October. Invoice to be distributed by Māori Touch NZ following registration. Note: Each team entry fee includes an $80 referee support levy.  
Tournament Handbook & Draw: To be distributed to teams closer to the tournament. Information will also be hosted on the Māori Touch NZ website. 

Age grade criteria for 2024 Tournament: 
  • Under 17 grade(s): Born in 2007 or after
  • Under 21 grade(s): Born in 2003 or after
  • 30 Mens and Senior Mixed grade(s): Tāne (30+): Born in 1994 or prior / Wāhine (27+) Born in 1997 or prior
  • 40 Mens grade(s): Born in 1984 or prior

I consent (on behalf of my team registering) to the following Terms and Conditions: 
  1. To ensure all players are of māori bloodline, and where necessary whakapapa back to their iwi, hapū, rohe or takiwā;
  2. To ensure all players are registered correctly prior to the tournament;
  3. Where required, managers will be able to produce proof of ID for age verification (e.g. Passport, drivers licence)
  4. To ensure outstanding payments must be paid by the specified due date. Māori Touch NZ reserve the right to decline entry to any team or member who has outstanding debts and no agreed repayment plan in place;
  5. To comply with the auahi kore (smokefree) and waipiro kore (alcohol free) kaupapa while on and surrounding the playing fields; 
  6. To comply with Māori Touch NZ Image Waiver which can be viewed HERE
  7. To comply with the rules and regulations of the tournament as stipulated by Māori Touch NZ.
