I'm a freelance illustrator who specializes in character illustrations. Thank you for considering to commission me.

Before you go any further, please read the Terms of Services stated below.

COMMERCIAL-USE COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICES

The following terms of services apply to the commissions services provided by arunavapr (Arunava Pramilita) to you as the client. Terms of services need to be read carefully and agreed upon for arunavapr to further process your order.

I. GENERAL TERMS

Several things to note if you plan to commission me:

● Be nice, polite, and patient to each other. I do not require you to speak professional-level of english (english is not even my first language), but it will be nice to be treated like an actual person. :)

● No haggling the price. The price is fixed, so if it is not within your budget, please do not commission me. There is slight difference in prices for Indonesians paying with IDR, so if you are one please message for the rate details. I do accept tips if you are feeling generous (heheh).

● No deadline rushing. I have a full-time 45-hour/week day job which consequently takes up most of my time. You are allowed to chat or message me to ask for the progress, though bear in mind that I only do commissions on weekends and days off, so the commission could take around 1-2 months to finish. It might take a while, but I will finish it.

● I will get back to you as soon as I can. Since I am mostly busy on weekdays, please do not be alarmed when I reply or get back to you days after you send me an email or message. Unless something urgent comes up, I will reply to you on the weekends at the latest.

● I have the right to decline or discontinue a commission order at any time, based on my personal reasoning or judgment. I will be sure to inform you when I need to do so. No ghosting.

● Since this is for commercial-use, I do not require you to credit me, but crediting will help me gain exposure. :)

II. WHAT ORDERING COMMERCIAL-USE COMMISSION FROM ME MEANS

To put it simply, you intend to use and reproduce this artwork to make money, not just for your personal appreciation and collection. For example: printing the artwork to be sold as stickers, T-shirts, merchandises, book covers, etc. This may include public branding or projects that you plan to upload on influential entertainment platforms such as Youtube and Spotify.

The drawing progresses shared to you will have my watermark or signature that you must not remove. These watermarks will not be included in the final finished piece.

You own the license to this product and obtain the original PSD file to use however you wish.

Note that commercial-use commissions always cost more than the personal commission ones as you are obtaining the full rights to use the artwork.

III. WHAT I CAN DO

By commissioning me, you will get an original artwork made by me in my art style.

I accept illustrating any characters, except furries, monsters, animals, and full mecha. Humanoid characters with additional elements such as horns, animal ears, mecha armors, etc. are still acceptable. Please discuss it with me first so I could assess whether it is feasible for me or not. I do well in illustrating detailed outfit. I enjoy illustrating dark, depressing, tragic scenes as long as they are not explicitly gory. I do not illustrate in realistic style.

Drawing more than one character doing interactions with each other is more enjoyable for me and, therefore, more recommended. I accept any kind of romantic or platonic relationships, except the repulsive ones such as clear pedophilia.

IV. PRODUCT DETAILS

What you will get:
● High resolution of the illustration (My default canvas resolution is 2048 x 2048 px. Please discuss it with me if you want any other resolution.)
● Digital prints only. No physical prints.
● PSD file. (May include JPEG, PNG, PDF, or TIFF format of the illustration if requested. PNG for transparent background.)
● Two revisions free of additional charges.
● My uttermost gratitude.

V. PROCESS DETAILS

While making the illustration, I will show you the progress in three stages:
● Rough sketch stage (mostly to see the pose and character position on the canvas).
● Linework and rough key color stage (mostly to see the palettes).
● Final outcome stage.

Revisions are available only for rough sketch stage and linework stage.

VI. PAYMENT

Full payment is done in USD through Paypal only (at the moment). Once you have approved the rough sketch stage, I will send you an invoice in Paypal and wait until you finish sending the payment. I will continue the commission work after I receive the full payment. Full payment needs to be transferred 7 days after the invoice was sent at the latest.

Additional charges may be applicable on some conditions, such as the complexity of the character's appearance, adding background, or fast-delivery option. I will inform you about any additional charges beforehand to confirm whether you agree to them or not.

VII. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

There is no refund for cancellation on your part after passing the rough sketch stage. The commission will still be processed whether you have suddenly changed your mind or not.

There is, however, a full refund if the cancellation is on my part. You will get back 100% of your payment if for whatever reason I have to cancel your order.

VIII. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY

The copyright of the produced illustration still belongs to arunavapr (Arunava Pramilita), even though the copyright of the character belongs to their respective owners. Therefore, I am, as the artist, allowed to use the illustration to promote myself in websites and social medias, I am allowed to use the illustration as my portfolio or post them online with clear commission and arunavapr watermark.

However, as the buyer, once you have received the final artwork, you claim the license and rights to use the artwork to:
● Promote yourself with it anywhere
● Publish books or products with it
● Print and sell them as you like
● Post them on social medias and online channels
● Make profits off this product, etc.

Copyright infringement will result in, at best, your rights for the illustration being completely retracted and, at worst, lawsuit.

IX. AGREEMENT

These terms of services are subject to revision without notice. The client must read and understand these terms before proceeding the commission order.
