Reporting of Fraudulent Recruiter / Hiring
Veeva is committed to a fair and transparent hiring process. Veeva will only contact candidates using official Veeva email addresses (ending in @veeva.com). We will never use generic email services (like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) or initiate conversations using WhatsApp or Telegram for official recruitment communications. 

We have been made aware that there are fake messages being sent across WhatsApp and Telegram, where the sender impersonates recruiters and recruitment companies, including Veeva. Typically, they promote fake job adverts and attempt to obtain personal information and in some cases, payment details. 

No legitimate job offer will be extended by Veeva without candidates first participating in an interview with Veeva hiring managers and/or members of our Talent Attraction team. We will never ask for payment, fees, or sensitive personal information like bank account details or credit card numbers as part of the application or hiring process.
