This agreement, by and between TSL 716 LLC (hereinafter “TSL”) and the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) shall serve to hold harmless TSL for any and all injuries suffered by the Participant during sporting activities arranged and organized by TSL.

Participant understands that participating in the sport of football, even when played according to the rules, including no contact, carries with it inherent risks of serious injury. Participant further understands that these injuries can be permanent and result in economic and personal losses, and can result in permanent physical injuries, disabilities or even death.

Although rules have been established to minimize the risk of injury, Participant understands that there are inherent risks in participating in any sporting event or activity, including non-contact coed touch football. Participant further agrees that he or she openly and voluntarily assumes the risks of this activity.

Participant understands that TSL provides no liability or medical insurance whatsoever and that any health problems or injuries occurring during the participation in such TSL events or contests are solely the responsibility of the Participant.

Participant agrees that no legal action or litigation will be taken against TSL under any circumstance for injuries sustained as a result of the Participants participation in any TSL game, activity, or function occurring at The Angry Buffalo, or any other venue where TSL activities, games or functions take place.

Participant agrees that in no event or circumstance will TSL, its agents, employees or representatives be held liable to the Participant for any damages, including, but not limited to lost wages or profits, any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, based upon any tort or contractual theory.

Participant affirms that he or she is in good health and free from any physical or mental disability, including disabilities of a pre-existing or latent nature. Participant agrees that he or she shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless TSL, its agents, employees and/or representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, arising out of or resulting from the negligence, intentional acts, or misconduct of Participant, in connection with Participant’s participation in TSL activities, games and/or events.

Participant has read and understands the above, and agrees that the sport of football carries with it inherent risks which Participant knowingly assumes and for which Participant expressly agrees to hold harmless TSL, its agents, employees or representatives, for any and all injuries Participant may sustain as a result of his or her participation therein.
