HEROES-IN-WAITING LIST: If your participant cannot commit to all six sessions, consider adding them to the wait list. If a weekly participant is not available, the seat can be filled with participants from the wait list. I will send out an email to the wait list. Some heroes show up right when they are needed most! The cost for this would be $25/session. This is a great option if you're unable to commit to all six sessions.

ORIENTATION: On the first day, caregivers must enter the room after the session, fill out a photo release form, confirm arrival/departure coordination and payment confirmation. If you have a problem attending a program at the start or picking up at the end time, please put a message in the form below under "Questions & Concerns".

SNACKS: A small, healthy snack will be provided. Please send your child with their own snacks as well.

PAYMENTS: Payments may be made via check, or via the link on my QuickBooks invoices. Payments due December 1. Full refunds not available after Jan 1. Multiple registrations may not be granted to encourage more families' participation. Please let me know in advance if you know you will miss a session.
