Apply to watch the TED2014 Conference live!

The TED2014 conference is taking place in Vancouver and we invite your secondary school, university, library, community centre or NGO to participate! Because your institution is a key member of the greater Vancouver community, we invite you and your constituents to watch the entire conference for free via the Internet. (Simple rules below apply.)

As a gesture of appreciation for the warm welcome we’ve received, TED would like to offer you a free live webstream to share TED2014 (March 17-21, 2014) with your students or constituents, as well as a way to watch archived conference sessions on demand. We’d like to extend this webstream to qualified organizations in the following communities: Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Richmond, Squamish, Surrey, Vancouver, Victoria, West Vancouver, and Whistler.

Please note: only Secondary Schools, Universities, Libraries, Community Centres are eligible to apply for this opportunity at this time.

Because we know your schedule may not sync with that of the conference, you can watch each session on demand three hours following the session's end. Then you can shift to later in the day, the next day or whenever is convenient.

Simply fill out the form below with all of the required information and our registration team will send you a confirmation! If you have any questions please email vancouverlive@ted.com.
