Views: Auto Refresh
Most of you use views to route work to agents. This means that you need views to accurately reflect the most up-to-date count. Currently, agents need to manually refresh the views list to see new tickets. This is an unnecessary step that could cause some confusion and slowness in your organization. We're working on having tickets appear in your views in real time to mitigate this. Please fill out this form to give us more information about what you need from views that can auto refresh.
