SPACE IS LIMITED AND WILL BE FILLED ON A FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED BASIS AND SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. IF APPLICATION IS APPROVED WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH PAYMENT OPTIONS.

Terms: If your application is approved then payment in full both reserves and confirms your space for the festival. Space is not fully confirmed until payment in full is received by the Narrowsburg Honeybee Fest. Vendor hours are from 11am-5:00pm. A designated area within the vendor market will be assigned prior to arrival and set up times are from 9am-10:30am. Please bring your own tents and table(s) and be sure they will fit within a 10’ x 10’ space. You are responsible for setting up and breaking down. If selling food items, you are responsible for obtaining the appropriate Health Dept. permits, etc. All funds go towards promotion and various other expenses associated with producing this not-for-profit community event.
