Program Description
At Too Good Eats, we believe that what we create goes beyond products, it is about building experiences, confidence, and community. Through our gourmet frozen pops and artisan drink mixers, we are committed to showing that living a fun, balanced lifestyle can feel good and taste great.
We are excited to offer our Nourish Our Community Workforce Development Program, a paid summer internship for youth ages 16–18 who are ready to learn, grow, and gain real-world experience.
Program Details
Dates: June 8th to August 10th
This is a paid internship opportunity.
Participants will:
• Work alongside the Too Good Eats team in real business operations
• Gain hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry
• Develop skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork
• Participate in weekly interactive workshops focused on entrepreneurship, wellness, and personal growth
• Support community events and brand activations
Why This Matters
Many young people lack access to early work experiences that build both practical skills and confidence. Without opportunities to explore career paths, develop communication skills, and understand how businesses operate, it can be difficult for them to see what’s possible for their future.
The Nourish Our Community program was created to help bridge that gap.
At Too Good Eats, in partnership with The Sallie Mae Entrepreneurship Foundation, we are intentionally creating a space where youth can gain real-world experience in a supportive environment while being exposed to entrepreneurship, wellness, and community impact. Participants are not just working, they are learning how to show up, collaborate, solve problems, and take ownership.
This program connects young people to opportunities that reflect both cultural relevance and possibility, helping them build transferable skills that extend beyond the summer.
