The Maine Cat Lab is seeking cats for the Cat Personality Profile Project.
Using findings from our personality assessment, follow-up questions, and photos and videos, we'll be profiling individual cats to demonstrate the variety of cat personalities and to explain how viewers can use the same tools (the Big 5 Personality test, behavioral indices of intelligence, for instance) to assess and describe their own cats.
FAQ:
Do I need to do anything? Like videotape my cat or take them somewhere?
Nope! If you haven't already done so, we will ask you to take the 10-item Cat personality test and our 10-item Cat IQ test but we will then summarize the data ourselves and make the video.
Are you seeking famous, talented, or otherwise noteworthy cats?
We're seeking cats of any age, breed, or color, and want to highlight how different each and every cat is.
We think all cats are special.
Can anyone participate?
You must be 18 years or older to participate and "own" the cat yourself.
Does it cost anything?
There is no cost, and no compensation.
