2025-2026 Optional Chromebook Insurance Registration-Nordonia Hills City Schools
Insurance covers accidental damage repairs to the student's Chromebook.  
Intentional damage may result in additional costs. 
The cost for optional insurance for this school year is $30.

If you would like to sign up for optional Chromebook insurance, please complete the form below (one for each child). The deadline is Friday, 9/19/25 to sign up for insurance this year.
Note: Parents/Legal Guardians should only complete this form.

Note: By completing this form, you are allowing a $30 Chromebook fee to be added to each child's school fee account for this 25-26 school year. Parents/guardians are financially responsible for paying this fee this school year. The fee will be added to your student's account shortly after the insurance purchase window closes on 9/19/25 and can be paid online or through the school's main office secretary or bookkeeper after 9/26/25.  

Important: Please do not send payment into your child's school or pay online before 9/26/25.
