Peake Performance works with individuals who are serious about improving their health, physique, and performance, without sacrificing the things that matter to them outside of the gym.

We provide premium online and face-to-face coaching for clients pursuing outcomes related to:

- Transformation / Physique Training (fat loss & muscle gain)

- Athletic Development & Performance

- Rehab, Injury Management, and Return to Sport Training


Coaching is delivered either online, or in person at our private studio gym in Glenelg and Revo Fitness Glenelg.

This form is an Expression of Interest to work with one of our coaches.

Because of the level of support, communication, and individualisation we provide, we work with a limited number of active clients at any one time. As a result, we are selective about who we take on. If our books are currently full, suitable applicants may be offered a place on our waitlist.

This coaching is best suited to individuals who are ready to commit time, effort, and consistency to their goals. Please complete this form with the same level of care and honesty you would bring to the coaching process itself.
