By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
- The artist has a preference for drawing anthromorphic animals.
- I reserve the right to post and use the artwork for promotional purposes on my social media unless you have stated beforehand that you don’t want me to.
- The client is permitted to display and use the commissioned image for personal/non-commercial purposes only i.e roleplaying, as icon, wallpaper, etc. - please credit me if you post it to your social media!
- No NSFW content. This includes extremely suggestive/ graphic /fetishes and pornographic content. This applies to reference materials provided by third parties.
- No copyrighted characters . Only characters that you owned or have the right to use may be submitted.- I have the right to decline any requests depending on my schedule or if I am unable to deliver your request.
- I retain all copyright and intellectual property for the commission works. The client may not reproduce the work in any form without my consent.
- Using my art for NFT's or any AI image generator/ML training is strictly prohibited
- Prices and Policies are subject to change.
PAYMENT - Payment will only be accepted in USD and made in PayPal.
-Payment will be made after i have done the sketches. You can either pay partially or fully
- All commission work will begin once I receive payment. Do note that pricing may vary based on the size ,complexity or revisions.
- You will have up to 48 hours to make the payment after the invoice is sent out. If payment is not received, you will lose the slot.
CANCELLATION & REFUND- Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete the commissioned piece, or if the commission is canceled before any work has been done.
- I have the right to cancel the work under any circumstances.
- No refund once I begin working or have finished on your commission .
COMMISION PROCESS
-If you are chosen for a slot, an email will be sent to continue the process there. If no response is given in 24 hours I will issue a follow up email. If the response isn’t returned within 48 hours, an additional email will be sent letting you know that I’ve moved on to another candidate.
-Commissions will take around 1-2 weeks to complete, or more depending on the complexity of the work. If there are any delays I will inform you accordingly. You will also be informed if the work is done earlier than expected
- Commissions will not be worked upon on the weekends but on working days.
-I will begin with the sketches explorations for you .The full work will begin once the sketch is approved and the payment has been made.
-You can contact me via e-mail in order to ask about the WIPs. I will update you with WIPs .
REVISIONS- The clients are allowed two revisions during the sketching stage before additional fees are incurred.
- I will provide you with a preview of the final product with some minor alterations.
- Fee and additional delays will be added if you want major changes on the final piece.
