2019 Music Ministry Survey
Thank you for taking the time to complete this anonymous survey. The survey will guide the Church both in its search for a new Director of Music and in shaping its musical programs and offerings going forward. Every church member’s input is important and valued. The survey will be open between November 24 and December 8.

- The survey consists of 20 questions and will take approximately 10 minutes.

- Place completed paper surveys in the Music Program Survey Basket located in the narthex, choir hall, or information table in Clark Hall.

Definitions
As used in this survey:

“Chancel Choir” refers to the adult/youth vocal choir that rehearses on a weekly basis September
through May and requires a meaningful commitment of its members.

“Knox Singer” refers to the middle and high school youth vocal choir that rehearses on a weekly basis September through April.

“Chapel Choir” refers to the 3rd - 5th grade children's vocal choir that rehearses on a weekly basis September through April.

"Calvin Choir" refers to the Pre-k4 - 2nd grade children's vocal choir that rehearses on a weekly basis September through April.

"Handbell Choir" refers to adult/youth handbell ringers that rehearse on a weekly basis September through May and requires a meaningful commitment of its members.
