2026 Walnut Grove Lady Warriors Camp Registration Form
Join the Lady Warriors for our 16th annual Summer Softball Camp June 8th -10th from 9:00 am -12:00 pm. Have lots of fun while improving and learning Softball Skills with the Lady Warrior Softball coaching staff, current players, and alumni. 

By completing this form, you are reserving your spot at Walnut Grove's Softball 2026 Summer Camp. Please submit the completed form by Wednesday, June 3rd.  

Camp cost is $100 and includes a camp T-Shirt. We do offer a sibling discount of $75 per sibling. You will have to pay the day of the camp for the sibling discount. 

**Payments can be made online using the link below or on the first day of camp (cash, check, Venmo)**

This certifies that my child is in adequate physical condition to participate in the WGHS Lady Warriors Softball Camp and has my permission to do so. It is understood that the Walton County Board of Education, the Lady Warriors Dugout Club and the Walnut Grove coaches and players will not be held responsible for any injuries or illnesses which may occur while participating in camp activities. It is understood that the camp does not provide insurance and that I am responsible for my child's insurance. Please sign below.
