Cancellation policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and occasionally, clients may need to reschedule or cancel their coaching sessions. 

To ensure the smooth operation of our performance art coaching program, we have established the following cancellation policy: 

Cancellation Timeframe
Clients must cancel their coaching sessions at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. 

Cancellation Fee
Clients who cancel their coaching session with less than 8 hours notice will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. The coach has the right to terminate services in the event of repeated missed sessions. 

Example Scenario
Your coaching session is scheduled for Saturday at 2:00 PM. To avoid the cancellation fee, you must cancel or reschedule your session no later than 6:00 AM on the same day. If you cancel or reschedule after 6:00 AM or fail to attend the session without notice, a $25 cancellation fee will be incurred. 

Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen emergencies.
