Criteria for Nomination:
• Nominee must be an active member of NCMEA, currently teaching high school choral music
• Nominee must have taught in North Carolina for at least 5 years
• Nominee must be nominated by a member of NCMEA, who will provide 3 – 5 sentences as to why the nominee is worthy of this honor
• Nominee will be asked to send an updated resume which should include personal experience, professional memberships, educational background, past teaching experience, church job (if applicable), etc…
• Nomination must be submitted each year by May 1
