Here is a description of each volunteer committee:
Admin
- maintaining upkeep of all Kasama Collective documents including data, contact info input, etc
Outreach
- Seeking new businesses, sponsors, volunteers , and organizations interested in Kasama Collective
- Aid in gathering contact information of newly found entitites
- Promoting our mission to businesses and neighbors who are interested in supporting or getting involved with the AAPI community of Richmond, VA
Sponsorship and Fundraising
- seeking new sponsors interested in Kasama Collective. sending out sponsorship forms and sponsor links and following up on completion. Maintaining the upkeep of the Sponsorship List in Google Drive
Partnership (for Businesses and Organizations)
- you have a business/organization and would like to collaborate with Kasama Collective on a future endeavor
Media
- shooting photography, videography, multimedia for Kasama Collective website and social medias
Venue Setup
- aiding in decor and vendor table set-up and breakdown. must be open to coming 2+ hours prior to event or staying 1+ hours after end of event for breakdown
Materials
- When we check in with vendors we often have to provide materials on a needed basis, so this area would be for acquisitions of items such as 6 ft tables to borrow.
Transportation
- Act as a runner for materials needed for events, such as tables, chairs, tents, and other supplies
- Help move extra materials as needed for different vendors
