At the Yash Farm Centre for Sustainable Living located 65 kms from Bangalore, is now offering a "2 Day Sustainable Living Workshop" over the weekend to cater to the above needs. This workshop is indeed a powerful means to build or transform this amazing piece of 6 acres of land parcels (adjacent to Bilakal Forest) into flourishing food forest using sustainable living principles to practice.

The workshop have been designed in a manner to offer hand-on experience to our participants as they are expected work on the farm with an intention to develop this farm (from almost scratch) to be self sufficient in food production through the food forest in the farm, Goshala, food processing units, community kitchen, build mud houses for stays and events, all this under the supervision of mentors and practitioners from this field. This gives participants an ample opportunity and experience first hand sustainable living practices
Workshop Cost - Rs 4,500 / person
Accommodation for participants - one bunker bed is allocated to each participant at the newly built "dormitories in huts (mud wall & thatched roof)" with common toilets for ladies and gents
Food We serve Indian vegetarian farm fresh food cooked by our friends from the adjoining village accommodations
Transport - Participant can arrange for their own vehicles or can we can figure out carpooling options if we have sufficient cars.
