About the Workshop:
The Mobile Candle Bar is an open-flow candle-making experience where guests stop by the candle bar during your event to create their own 8oz candle. This option works especially well for corporate events, residential gatherings, celebrations, pop-ups, and casual social events.

Location, Setup & Travel:
We pull up wherever you need us — offices, homes, venues, outdoor spaces, and more.
- Austin, TX: Travel included
- San Antonio / Houston / DFW: $200 travel fee
- Outside of these areas: Please provide details in the additional information section
Space Requirements:
A flat surface and access to standard electrical outlets are required. Indoor or outdoor spaces are acceptable.
Add-on's:
- Individual Charcuterie Cups: Enjoy small bites during your private workshop from our friend at @cheeseondeck. Each attendee will get their own grazing cup. $10 per person.
- Customized Labels: Personalize your candles with custom labels featuring names, dates, or special messages for just $10 per person.
- Extended Workshop Time: Extend your party by an extra hour for $20 per person. This allows more time for extra time to hang out and socialize.
Pricing & Payment:
- $45 per person (Minimum of 10 guests) + 6.25% sales tax applied
- 50% deposit due upon booking
- Remaining balance due 1 week prior to the event

Cancellation Policy:
- All materials for private classes are specially ordered. Therefore, cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
- If a cancellation is made within 2 weeks of the private class, the deposit will be forfeited.
