Child Dedications at Washington Heights Church
Child Dedications are held every 4th week of the month during both regular Sunday services. Child dedication is a special time in which parents, who are followers of Jesus, make a spiritual commitment to God concerning the upbringing of their child. Dedication does not accomplish anything of spiritual merit on behalf of a child; rather, it is a visible statement of the believing parents’ intention to shape their child’s heart. Dedication is not infant baptism, and does not indicate or assure salvation. At Washington Heights Church, we believe that every person should have their own opportunity to place personal faith in Christ and follow with believers baptism.

I understand that I must submit a Life Verse and photo of my child before my application will be processed. If you agree with the purpose and understand the above instruction, please mark yes. *
