Child Dedications at Washington Heights Church
Child Dedications are held every 3rd week of the month during both regular Sunday services. Child dedication is a special time in which parents, who are followers of Jesus, make a spiritual commitment to God concerning the upbringing of their child. Dedication does not accomplish anything of spiritual merit on behalf of a child; rather, it is a visible statement of the believing parents’ intention to shape their child’s heart. Dedication is not infant baptism, and does not indicate or assure salvation. At Washington Heights Church, we believe that every person should have their own opportunity to place personal faith in Christ and follow with believers baptism.

If you agree with the purpose of the Parent/Child Dedication please fill out this from to register.
