The French Embassy in the Republic of Korea is pleased to invite you to the inaugural edition of the France-Korea Science Café, organized as part of the Fête de la science (French Science Festival) 2026.

This first edition will feature Prof. Shin Weon-Sun, Professor of Food and Nutrition at Hanyang University and a contributor to the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree FIPDes (Food Innovation and Product Design) programme coordinated by AgroParisTech, a French higher education and research institution specializing in agricultural, food, life and environmental sciences.

Through a presentation, an interactive discussion, and an informal coffee and exchange session, participants will explore the fascinating links between taste, memory, and food.
