WHY

We've been living as digital nomads for a couple years now, and we loved the experience of staying in a co-living, but we never found people there with the same interests and goals. That's why we wanna create the co-living house of our dreams!

The goal of our house is to have people with a positive vibe and with a mindset of creating things/ growing a business! It can be a company, a side-project or a startup. We will grow our businesses together, working hard but also enjoying life and creating a bond through real-life interactions, something easy to miss with all the technology we have nowadays, right?


WHERE

The house will be in Curitiba, capital of Paraná, where the weather is great, traffic isn't a big issue, has excellent internet (up to 200MB), the cost of living isn't as expensive as Rio or São Paulo but still has a lot of things you can do around the city, which includes delicious food!


HOUSE PERKS
(everything is included in the monthly rate)

- coffee;
- a bunch of amenities such as juices, fruits, ice tea, soda, tea bags, biscuits, bread, butter, cheese, egg, yogurt, instant noodle...
- weekly house cleaning;
- room cleaning with change of linens every 15-days;
- have your laundry done for you weekly;
- local city guides;
- opportunity to learn Portuguese, Muay-thai, samba, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Brazilian cuisine, etc.;
- events in the house;

You will have your private room, and the communal areas we are planning to have are:

- big living room;
- big kitchen;
- an outside area to chill;
- coworking space;
- maybe a pool (the one you swim in or a table);
- maybe a barbecue area;

The monthly rate would be: ~1500 USD
