Join the Three River Democrats!
We’re starting a new Democratic club in Southeast Sacramento called Three River Democrats. Your support can help make this club a reality. Our name comes from the three rivers that shape our region: the Sacramento, American, and Cosumnes rivers.
There is currently no Democratic club that specifically represents the unique needs of residents in the unincorporated areas of Sacramento County and the City of Rancho Cordova. By coming together, we can form a regional club with stronger influence to drive change. This club would cover a broad area, including State Senate Districts 6 and 8, Assembly Districts 7 and 10, and Sacramento County Supervisorial Districts 3 and 5.
To become an official club, we need at least 20 registered Democrats in Sacramento County who are not already members of another chartered Democratic club. All names will be submitted to meet this requirement.
Democrats associated with other Chartered Democratic clubs in Sacramento County are welcome to join Three River Democrats.
Club Chartering Requirements:
- Be a registered Democrat in Sacramento County (or pledge to register when eligible)
- Currently not counted towards another club’s chartering roster. Names will be submitted to fulfill the charter requirements.
