In addition to your newborn,  please list the family members you would like photographed during your session. Please include the ages of all siblings. *(This applies to full & lifestyle newborn sessions only, as newborn mini sessions will be of just the baby.) *

Please share the main goals or hopes that you have for your session. Include any particular features of your baby you'd like photographed, the style of newborn photos you're drawn to, or any personal items or heirlooms you wish to have included in your session.
If you have looked through the images on SDP's Facebook page or website galleries, are there any specific images you’re particularly drawn to or would like to try during your session?
(Though I will try to accommodate all special requests, please note that some babies do not tolerate certain poses.  If a baby seems at all uncomfortable in a pose, I will move on to a different one.)
